The 6th Pump, Valve and Pipeline Exposition of Wenzhou China opened in Wenzhou International Exhibition Center at 9:00 on 23 October 2009, and fruitful results were achieved during the 3-day exhibition. By focusing on "scientific pump & valve cast powerful Wenzhou, independent innovation displays charming China", the exhibition provided 395 booths for 284 enterprises from home and abroad with an exhibition area of  10,000m2. The complete varieties of exhibited products, among which many pump and valve products were the products of high technological content leading in the country that were newly researched and developed by the participants, represented the future development trend of pump and valve fields. According to the statistics by the organizing committee, the 3-day exhibition has attracted 21，300 visitors, including overseas visitors from USA, Canada, Korea, Germany, Iran, Malaysia, Ukraine, Pakistan, Portugal, Japan and Taiwan etc. more than 38 countries and areas. The amount of signed contracts reached RMB 30.532 million Yuan, and the amount of signed contracts of intention reached RMB 103 million Yuan. Large number of visitors gathered in the exhibition, which has poured strong driving power for the development of pump and valve industries, accelerated the branding, modernizing and grouping development of pump and valve enterprises, led a new road of industrialization and achieved good social and economic benefits.
